Apps VB Function Definitions

Is UiPath going to release definitions of the UiPath-specific VB functions that are used in Apps?

When using the query builder or the expression editor for the data source of tables, or using the expression editor to create custom object variables, there are a lot of functions that are being used that have no documentation.

It’s nice that we can edit this code to create more specific solutions. I’m assuming that’s why Apps was re-built with VB in mind. I just wish we had definitions of these functions and their arguments. Some of the functions that I’m speaking of are: createFilterGroup, FilterGroup, QueryFilter, ExpansionFieldOption, etc.

We do have few help guides, but VB being available to RPA developers from Studio is an expectation, hence we provide limited handholding. here is the available doc resources
