Who needs it?
Anyone who wants to get notified or complete the human task/escalation from their collaboration tools such as Outlook or Slack without logging into Action Center
We are constantly looking to improve our product and value your feedback. Also, we would love to know what other collaboration tools/escalation channels you like to be notified in?
Current state / planned improvements:
- Supported only for App-tasks (form-based or text-based human escalation tasks)
- MS Teams as a new channel - Production release in Feb 2026 (exact date tbd)
- Support for attachments in Slack/Outlook/Teams - Coming soon!
- Group assignments/Slack/Teams channel notifications - Coming soon!
