E-Signature to PDF files?

I have a pdf file with multiple pages in it. I want to put a signature to all pages. Is there a good activity for this? The signature is already registered in PDF application, and the signature can be put ANYWHERE on each page. If there is no activity for it, what is the best way to go about this? I can only think of opening the pdf file and using click activities…
