Application Open issue - C:\Users\QA.lnk : start Process: The system cannot find the file specified

Hi,

C:\Users\Public\Desktop\AA\BB-QA.lnk, this is the path where a application is present. I am able to open the application from start process activity when i gave the ath hard coded.

But when i am trying to pass the value from Orchestrator as a argument it failing.

Its giving this error : Start Process: The system cannot find the file specified

Okay Go to this path

  • C:\Users\Public\Desktop\AA\BB-QA.lnk,
  • On this application BB-QA.lnk, right click on it and open file location then you got its original location,
  • Try with that, I think that will work with orchestrator.

i tried this,but form that original path application is not even opening manually,it saying database not connected. Need to check the connection with IT team. Thanks.
