Appending row data on AD result

Hi Team,
I need to check Approver NT Login row values that if the value contains “Active” status in active directory then if the second row in the excel also the same Approver NT Login value then BOT will skip that till it finds a different NT Login value in excel and then search for it in active directory.
Can anyone please help on it.
