Append text to a PDF with a correct size

Hello, I convert a PDF into a Word, add a page with a table and then convert it back to a PDF. My problem is that if the first page of a PDF contain a large table, the table I add into the second table get really small, I need to zoom in at about 800% to read the information. Is there a ways to avoid that?

Step:
PDF → Word
use append datatable in a Word application
Word → PDF
