Are you using Build DataTable Activity here ?

If yes then check once it contains two blank rows I guess. Help me with screenshot and so that I can check and let you know.

Remove those two empty rows in build data table and try once @supu123
you have added one extra empty line .

Delete one row from here and they try. It will delete that empty row in output file.
