API request always empty external app

Hello
Im calling api /odata/Alerts
i get 200 as response but results always 0

@odata.count":0,"value":[]}

i have checked the permission few times i have OR.Monitoring or OR.Monitoring.Read.

i can get the correct result if I use swagger, but when i use external app this issue accrued

I have set up external app to confidential!
and test few other request worked just fine (with different permission ) ,

any idea if this is a bug, we are using Orch standalone 22.10.3
