API document Attachment

Good day everyone,
I have an API (XML) here

Those are the different ways I did it, I can’t seem to figure out this part on how the API can upload an attachment from the file explorer saved folder into web application I am using. I am using the latest UiPath studio enterprise
Here is a xml text document:
Create Case-Unstructured.txt (3.1 KB)

So basically the API has to fetch the attachment in a saved folder locally, if that is possible please assist

Try to use the attachment option in the http request activity…there you can give the attachment location and it would be attached

Alright will try that, so I should remove this part on the API?

Yes you dont need that in the body if you are including instead give th attachments in that field directly
