There are 2 local accounts that can successfully make API authenticate calls in Dev, QA, and Prod. Created a 3rd local account and it works in Dev, but fails in QA and Prod.
A fix is scheduled for the next version, 20.10.
Current workarounds are shown below.
- change password after logging on to the Orchestrator, when a new user is created.
- turn off "Should change password on first login" before new users are created.
