Anyone know how to setup Abbyy Embedded Document OCR activity?

Apparently, Abbyy Document OCR is free (to a certain extent) for enterprise customers.

If I try to use it for PDF ocr, I get “Error performing OCR: AbbyyErrorNotLicensed”.
Is my understanding correct that I shouldn’t need to license it if I have an enterprise license? If so what do I need to configure?
