Any thoguhts or recomendations on a complex bot using sap and webpage?

Hello Everyone, we are delevoping a Bot that is based on a SAP Queue and a web page to see if the document was paid or not, the problem we are having is that the suppliers information in SAP is not the same as it shows on the web page, the web page has similar names but not the exact name, and we need to make sure it finds the correct one because the web page can show more tan one result in the same document number.

Can something be done or is this imposible?
