Answers in table format

I want to know if a user can answer a question in table format. This could be useful to look deeper in the process a user wants to be automated.

For example:
I ask the user to answer the following question: “Describe the process more detailed. What are the steps, what do we need to know about them?”
It would be cool if the user could answer in table format:

image of step one -------------- comment on this step

image of step two -------------- comment on this step

… I hope you understand what I mean.
