At its core, this initiative aims to connect individuals with acquired automation and AI knowledge, with employers seeking talent with these skills to drive productivity and growth in their businesses.
Talent Connection will offer candidates looking for job opportunities targeted guidance into our resources. We are leveraging multiple programs including Academic Alliance, Academy, Certifications, and Community to help them acquire knowledge, continue their training in automation and AI, define their next steps in their automation journey, and establish connections that can propel their career growth.
Through partnerships with institutions like Kelly Arc and leveraging our Digital Credentials program and directory, our clients and partners across the UiPath ecosystem, who are looking for talent with proven aptitude towards automation and AI, will be able to identify these individuals. Allowing them to have a wider pool of talent for internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities.
