We’re excited to announce that DU Validation Control in Apps is now Generally Available! :tada:
After successful Private and Public Preview releases, we’ve expanded capabilities and optimized the experience based on your feedback. With this GA release, developers can seamlessly embed Document Understanding validation experiences into UiPath Apps with richer cross-platform integration, performance upgrades, and enhanced usability.

:sparkles: Key Capabilities in GA (You spoke we listened)

  • Cross-platform support: The DU / Communications Mining activities works both on Studio Desktop and Studio Web
  • Show/Hide Fields selection property for greater control
  • Custom list ↔ DU table field sync: Write from custom lists to DU control table fields (and vice versa)
  • SetFieldFocus now supports table cell-level highlighting
  • Multi-page selection and navigation template (:rocket: Demoed at Prod Demo Day)
  • Performance and internal infrastructure improvements
  • Ancillary related feature → Conditional Formatting in Apps (to help with runtime based color formatting for controls)

Is it possible to retrain documents?

I know it can be done with Action Center, but I can’t find that option in this new feature.

What steps would need to be taken to perform this activity in Apps, if it exists?
