is the Anchor Base activity not supported in Windows projects? I try to use, but I can’t add an activity to use with the anchor. The packages are very new. Does someone knows about this or do I make something wrong?

yes, anchor base is supported in windows projects. enable classic activities in studio settings. place find element/image and action inside anchor base. use latest ui automation package if not visible.

we can check the compatibility of an activity when referring to the docu:
we can check, if an activity is classic or modern as well at the docu pages:
(left side within the navigation pane)
Using a classic activity requires to to set the activity filter
However, we suggest to check carefully:
- if anchor base activity is really the preferred option (e.g. we can use integrated anchors in a few scenarios)
- if an omitted shift to modern design is still to drive

You should be working in modern, and anchors are built into the activities and selector window.
anchor base is supported
in modern way you can indicate the achor and base in the selector window itself instead of using anchor base activity you can use the same activity as normal but when selecting you can select as anchor base
