"An unexpected error has occurred" when upgrading Orchestrator

We are currently working on upgrade of Orchestratorfrom 2019.10 to 2021.10.
I’m getting an “An unexpected error has occurred” error message.

The error sentence is below.

System.Security.Principal.IdentityNotMappedException: Some or all of the identity references could not be translated.
