An item with key already exist while publishing code to orchestrator

Hi Team,

while publishing code to orhestrator i have come across below error :

If any one know, what is the issue and usually what are the cases where encounter this issue. Please suggest.

Change the project name or version

Go to orchestrator and see the package.

If name and version is same it won’t allow u to publish

I have tried changing the version and names y, still arriving the the same screen.

Check your access and also can u share screen shot of publish window .
And check which folder it is publishing
Checke the status in studio is it connected to orchestrator, reconnect again
