An error occurred while updating a document type! in Document Type in Taxonomy

Hello All
i get the follwojg error when i try to create document type under Taxonomy
An error occurred while updating a document type!
if there is something missing in my process or what
please advice

I am facing the same error too. Is there any solution please?

You might have to rename the taxonomy.json file and start over. If you’re good at understanding JSON then open the taxonomy.json file in Notepad and find where the problem is. For me it was spaces in the Document Type/ID because I had generated the file myself rather than using Taxonomy Manager.

Close the taxonomy manager and open it again from your studio main. i did this and then there were three document types created even though it said error each time i tried. must just be a small bug in the taxonomy manager
