"An error has occured" when trying to do anything in Orchestrator

Hi all,

When trying to execute robot → error.
When trying to change robots in environment → error.

Have not explored further but have researched into this and will be seeing/posting anything in windows event logger (hosted on Azure) - however I am unable to view that at the moment. Is there any other potential solutions or forms of diagnosis I can try before windows logger?

Any suggestions are welcome as this has thrown a spanner in the works.

May i know what was the exact error we were getting
if possible a screenshot of those errors pls

Kindly reconnect once with the ORCHESTRATOR in other browser and try again
or if the issue still persists may i know what edition of orchestrator is been used COMMUNITY or ENTERPRISE
