Always click into the first result of a google search

Hi,

May I know how to always click the first result of a google search. For example, always click the link with titled “Malaysia - Wikipedia” for the image attached.

so the homepage of Google has the “I am feeling lucky” button, that will always take you to the first result. Would that work?

Check this xaml, it is always clicking on the first result in Google Search using IE browser.
