Allow Inactive Users to be Selected as Collaborators

I would like to have the ability to select inactive users as collaborators so that I can attach stakeholders to COE driven ideas without having to wait for them to set up their accounts.

Thank you for your suggestion. I added it to our internal ideas tracker for our team to consider.

Hello @ChipotleCiara,

In case you want to add Stakeholders to COE driven idea (Process Owner who will review the details) and they are inactive, they will not get a notification by email that they have a task to complete. Hence, the flow for having the idea progress will be blocked.

For this reason we do not allow adding inactive users as collaborators.
