All web applications are behaving like an image

Hi,

NOTE: This is a VM environment, with uipath locally installed in it.

I am getting issue with the automation of a silverlight application . Even after the silverlight extension is installed the issue remains as is: The complete window area is getting selected instead of the controls.

Well the same issue is there with Chrome web extension as well.The complete window area is getting selected instead of the controls.

How to start trouble shoot this issue.

The chrome extension issue is resolved, but the silverlight extension issue still exists.

welcome back to UiPath community
we got two options
either we can go for image automation like use click image and type into activity
but thats not feasible and reliable always, as it is purely based on the image and if that differes slightly we are gone
or
we can use SEND HOT KEY activities with keys as tab or enter in sequence
but it takes the process lengthier but is more reliable

so
UiPath brought us a new technology on this to make it easier with image automation
COMPUTER VISION ACTIVITIES PACKAGE
Kindly try that once
