"All vendors" empty table in ACME application for certification

Hello,
I tried to pass the certification last Friday (Feb 14th), I failed.
One reason is the Vendors table is empty. More precisely, when I MANUALLY do a “Display All Vendors” I receive an empty table in the next screen. To be clear I do that manually, in any browser (Chrome, Firefox and IE), and NOT from Studio.

According to me it is a problem in the data or the ACME application, but supports forwards me towards the Forum. Is there someone who could help?

Try using the reset option under the Acme Test site “User options” → “Reset test data”. The data may be in a state where you are currently unable to view it.
