Why have the tabs/icons on the left side of the screen disappeared in Automation Cloud? Why does no items appear in the left panel of Automation Cloud ?
Issue Description:
All the Icons/Tabs ( Admin, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Apps) have disappeared in Automation Cloud.
Resolution:
This type of issue is generally encountered when using a firewall service is not configured properly on the machine.
The security firewall settings recommended by the official documentation - Configuring Your Firewall For Automation Cloud , should solve this type of issue.
