All of sudden outlook is not filtering emails in unattended mode

Hi,

I have an issue on prod server with outlook filtering emails subject, where my bot is running fine on dev and it is filtering emails properly but when it comes to prod am getting count as 0 after filtering.

Can you share the what you need to filter in the outlook. Have you tried with the Filter message option in the properties panel.
