Alerts not getting generated in UIPath Orchestartor

Hi All,

I have few understanding gap.Please clarify .

I have a development Orchestrator server.I am not able to get any kind of alert notification.I have disabled the mail alert ,but enabled/subscribed all other features for alert(queue,trigger,Transactions,Robots,jobs) in alert tab.
alert notification is not showing at all in UIpath Orchestrator .

Also,I have read somewhere that if a user does not have Organisation Unit assigned,alert can’t be generated.
Can some one reply,what is Organisation Unit and is it same to tenant.
Does alert have anything to do with Roles/Tenant/Organisation Unit?
