Alerts if a scheduled job does not run, or a job runs for an extended period

Hi,

 We've run into a couple of issues where a process has stopped running and the orchestrator scheduled has backed up.  Is there a way to get a notification if a schedule has been pending for a certain amount of time, or if a job has run for a specific amount of time, indicating a bot issue?
