Airgapped license issues

Hello all,
After failing with unexpected behaviors, with Engineers decided to switch to Airgapped.
Infra Provisioning completed, however when uploading license yaml I got error:

Error description
Encountered an error while uploading license: Failed to fetch
Run this command to remove the app…

Did not yet deeply looked into logs though…

this looks suspicious:

Hello Robert,
I beleive you don’t have the right license file. Could you send me your license file by email jeremy.tederry@uipath.com. I’ll send you right format if this is the issue.
Also what was the last bug that you encountered on the other installation?
