Could someone help explain how UiPath calculates unit consumption and how to retrieve the breakdown of that consumption?
Current problem: In the dashboard, I can see how many units our organization has consumed, but I’m not sure how that total is calculated, and I couldn’t find any breakdown.
The unit consumption shown in the dashboard is calculated based on the usage of different UiPath products/services, and the units can vary depending on the service consumed.
For a detailed breakdown, you can check the Admin > Organization > License > Consumption section. It should show the consumption by product/service and help identify where the total is coming from.
If you need more detailed historical usage, you can also export the consumption data from the Admin portal.

The dashboard shows only the overall unit consumption. To understand how the total is calculated, use the Insights Consumption Dashboard or generate a Consumables Report, which provides consumption details by tenant, folder, service, and date.
