I recently recorded a quick demo showcasing how Agentic Automation can transform the employee appraisal review process — one of the most repetitive and time-consuming tasks faced by HR teams and managers.
In this use case, an AI-driven agent:
Logs into the HR portal
Extracts employee self-assessment comments
Analyzes the content using context grounding (RAG)
Automatically generates a clear, structured appraisal summary
It’s a seamless combination of RPA + AI Agents + intelligent context processing, demonstrating how real-world workflows can be accelerated and improved.
This is just a simple version of what’s possible — with deeper business rules, multi-layer processing, and flexible output formats, the potential is huge. More experiments coming soon!
