We’re happy to announce the Documentation service is now generally available in Automation Cloud. You can access it via the Help menu in the Automation Cloud header.
With it, we’re launching a gen AI-powered documentation search, currently only for enterprise organizations in Automation Cloud. This feature offers accurate, up-to-date responses directly from our official documentation. Just type in your query to get targeted, step-by-step guidance.
As this feature is in public preview, we encourage you to provide feedback. Please let us know how we’re doing by using the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons to rate the answers’ effectiveness.
This is “Really” very nice one. (I always suggest my teams to refer documentation. “Like I searched google before coming to you.”) I tried it for few queries. Especially the filter feature works. The interesting observation is…in few cases it does not apply the filter. For eg- I have tried with Orchestrator Standalone filter and latest version. The results are linking to use Integration services and Automation Cloud is pre-requisite. It would be great it can clearly distinguish and context towards the filter.

Thanks for your reply Petrina. I just tried again the same query " steps to connect salesforce give simple steps and reference" with standalone and 24.10 filter and now it is able to provide relevant details. Thanks.
