AI Fabric for Document Understanding

Hi,
I’m working on Document Understanding and want to retrain ML model for invoices provided by UiPath in AIFabric, I am using Machine Learning Extractor Trainer activity for that purpose. I understand that I have to upload the output folder provided by this activity to Data manager. I want to install Data manager and I know that it needs access to AI Fabric.
My question is that do I need to install AI Fabric on-prem or can we use AI Fabric Cloud also for that purpose?
