I am looking into deploying Ai fabric for document understanding purposes Mainly . we are proceeding with an airgapped installation due to security constraints .
My question is this , is there any limitation for not using a GPU besides the performance ? in other words, will be there any use cases that I won’t be able to handle because of not having a GPU .
Any help is appreciated
