AI Center training clarification

Hi Automation Team, Good to connect with you again.

I have been working on the document understanding task. I am facing a training document for a specific scenario.

For example, In PDF documents, I have multiple checkboxes available, one of the checkboxes has been enabled, but the rest of the two were not checked. I have to identify the checked information from the checkboxes. For this scenario, how should I train the documents?

For a sample, I would attach the scenario snapshot.

Please kindly assist me, in how to train the document in AI Center labeling.

From this attached image, I want to extract only the N/A Checked information within that information.
