AI Center Pipeline Killed Automatically

Pipeline was killed automatically without any manual intervention. Why did this happen?

Issue Description: A Pipeline that has been running for days shows a Killed status even when no human user manually killed the pipeline.

Root Cause: This is a design limitation where pipelines are automatically killed after seven days to avoid being stuck for longer periods of time and consuming licenses and resources on the cluster.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Confirm if the pipeline duration has exceeded seven days since the start or not. Go to pipeline details and check for "Created On" field to get the date & time on which pipeline is created.
  2. If the pipeline duration has exceeded 7 days, then it is due to the limitation mentioned above. Follow steps mentioned in AI Center Pipeline Running For A Long Time to reduce the duration of pipeline.

If the pipeline was killed even before 7 days without any input from users, reach out to UiPath Product Support team with the below details, as per the environment.
