How to resolve the Insufficient Licenses Failure Reason on the Pipeline Data page?
Issue Description: When running a Pipeline, sometimes it will fail, and the following will be present on the Pipeline Data page.
The message can be misleading in a way. It does not mean that the proper license is not present. It indicates that all of the AI Units that are available either at the organization-level or what have been allocated at the tenant-level are consumed.
Organization Level:
Access is present to AI Unit consumption information at the organization-level under Admin > Licenses > Consumables > AI Units. The blue bar graph indicates AI Unit consumption for all tenants in the organization.
- Hover the mouse over the blue bar to see consumption or click View Usage to see a breakdown by month. Do not click the refresh icon in that section; it will refresh the API Key.
- If the Consumed count indicates that all of the Available AI Units have been consumed, then capture a screenshot of the AI Unit usage as is depicted above and save the image.
- Then, open a Licensing Query here to contact UiPath Licensing team so they can assist with purchasing additional AI Units. Send a copy of the saved image.
Tenant Level:
- To check for an allocation at the tenant level, go back to Admin and select the Tenant on the left-margin
- Select Licenses > Consumables > AI Units. See the same bar graph there
- If the AI Units are fully consumed at the tenant-level, but have a remaining available balance at organization-level, then click the Edit Allocation button in the upper-right portion of the screen:
- Allocate more AI Units at the tenant-level by providing a new total AI Unit amount (below). It should be possible to run the pipeline after reallocating.
