No, if the Discount Amount field is hidden during export, the discount value will not be included in the extracted data, even for invoices where it was labelled.
Keep the Discount Amount field visible, even if it’s empty for some invoices. It will then appear in the export file with empty values where it is not present.
And then you may perform post filtering to remove it
