Aggregating Case data in Insights

Our Journal Entry bot often needs to reprocess a case because the user didn’t submit with all required details. Most cases are processed once, but we have other cases that are processed more than once due to business exceptions where there is missing data. Our business users want to see aggregated time for cases. We need to take the very first start time and the very end start time. How would we aggregate time for a case where it’s been processed more than once?
