I’m currently completing the Agentic Automation Associate training in an Automation Cloud Community tenant and have encountered two issues where the course no longer matches the current experience.
1. Configure memory for agents
Lesson 8 instructs learners to configure a Memory Space from the Agent Definition canvas. However, the current Studio Web Agent Canvas only exposes Context, Tools, and Escalations. There is no Memory Space option available.
2. Guardrails
Later lessons instruct learners to configure guardrails. However, Community tenants display the message:
“You are not entitled to use guardrails.”
The product documentation indicates that out-of-the-box guardrails are only available with Enterprise licensing, but the Academy lesson doesn’t clearly state that Community users cannot complete this exercise.
Could the Academy content either:

be updated to reflect the current Studio Web UI, or

include notes identifying which exercises require Enterprise licensing and which cannot be completed in Community?
This would help prevent confusion for learners following the course using a Community tenant.
