Hi all,

Agentic AI feature can be used within attended enterprise license? If yes is their any constraints on the AI units or some LLM calls per month ?

Yes, Agentic AI can be used with an Attended Enterprise license.

However, it is not unlimited. Even with an enterprise license, usage is metered:

Agentic AI / GenAI actions consume AI Units / Platform Units (depending on the licensing model).
There may be daily free LLM calls for design or testing, but these are limited.
Production or higher usage consumes purchased units.
If the included units are exhausted, additional AI/Platform units must be purchased.

So, while Agentic AI is supported in attended enterprise scenarios, there are constraints on AI units / LLM calls based on your subscription and usage.

  • The free quota is per user and not shared.
  • Once the free limit is reached, Agentic AI executions consume Platform Units.
  • Production or high-volume usage will require sufficient Platform Units.
  • There is no unlimited AI usage, even with Enterprise licenses.

Yes, if your usage goes beyond the free quota.
Free for small/dev usage, paid Platform Units needed for larger or production usage.

  • You don’t need to buy anything extra to get started — each licensed user already gets a daily free LLM quota.
  • If your Agentic AI usage stays within that free limit, no additional cost applies.
  • For production scenarios or higher volumes, the AI calls will consume Platform Units (AI units).
  • So, you only need to purchase additional Platform Units if your existing entitlement is not enough.

Agent will run on Agent unit. you can find in Admin section.

For Document Understanding related tasks are there that will consume AI units
