Agent Deployment Failed

Agentic Automation Runtime Fails with AGENT_RUNTIME.LICENSE_NOT_AVAILABLE (HTTP 403) on Enterprise Trial

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to complete the UiPath Agentic Automation training by building and deploying the Appointment Scheduler Agent. The solution deploys successfully, but when I run the agent it immediately fails with the following error:

Is this license problem can only solve with enterprise edition?

@ashikvincentv

It’s due to the tenant does not have sufficient AI Units Agent Units or Platform Units

Go to admin panel and assign AI Units Agent Units or Platform Units to the tenant you are in.

I have the AI units. Is this error because of I have enterprise trial verson.

Hi @ashikvincentv,

It seem you have not allocated the Unit to your user.

Thanks

@ashikvincentv

Apologies for incorrect information in the first response.
Correct information is - AI unit’s are different than what Agent requires Agent Units

You should have Agent Unit's or Platform Units.

Seems you can’t deploy with the trial. I will suggest using Community license which gives you platform units which you can use to deploy and run the agent

Community plan has this 2 licenses

@ashikvincentv

I see.

I tried a quick agent deployment and run on community and it’s working fine. Try it out once.

I think it’s working due to this consumable.

In my community plan can’t find this licenses:pensive_face:.

@ashikvincentv

It will be there. Just expand this section

Thanks for the solution.
