After upgrade robot to 20.10, the assistant doesn't show any process.

Issue Description :

After upgrade robot to 20.10, the assistant doesn't show any process.

Standard machine can only be used on classic folders.

Resolution :

Asked to check below points

  • The Robots defined in PROD have the same roles as the ones in your other environments
  • The processes are a part of the relevant folder
  • The Bot user and the Machine Template that you are using should been added to the required folder. To do this you can navigate to "Tenant --> Folders --> Manage Folders" and choose the desired folder. On the right, you will see option add the Users and Machine Templates.
  • Please login through the machine key while connecting your robot to the orchestrator through assistant.

Creating a new user with required permissions by the client, resolved the issue.
