After Save as Document activity the input file is also saving

I have replacing _FullName in word file with the name Vanitha after that am using Save as Document activity with different name and location. but my input file is also saving.

Offer_Letter_Template.docx (43.6 KB)
Please check my workflow and give suggestion. My input excel should not save.

First of all - Thank you for attempting the HR Offer Letter use case

In your Word Application Scope - Uncheck the Auto Save.
