After Renaming Queue And Creating A New Queue With Same Name, How To Show Data Of Both In Dashboard?

Queue data is missing in Insights Report.

Issue: Automation Cloud Insights uses a dashboard for the queue data displaying.

After renaming the queue and create a new queue with same name in Orchestrator, how to show data of both in dashboard?

Resolution:

  1. Click ... on top right of Insights page
  2. Configure all needed custom variables and make to be 'Common'
  3. Click reload as above change might take some time to take effect
  4. Edit dashboard and tile
  5. Update the queue name filter to include both new and old queues
  6. Define data by using the defined 'common' customize variables.
