Queue data is missing in Insights Report.
Issue: Automation Cloud Insights uses a dashboard for the queue data displaying.
After renaming the queue and create a new queue with same name in Orchestrator, how to show data of both in dashboard?
Resolution:
- Click ... on top right of Insights page
- Configure all needed custom variables and make to be 'Common'
- Click reload as above change might take some time to take effect
- Edit dashboard and tile
- Update the queue name filter to include both new and old queues
- Define data by using the defined 'common' customize variables.
