After installing Uipath studio not launching

Hey guys,

I am new in Uipath. After downloading Uipath.msi file, after installation it is not asking for license, nor giving option to choose profile option. Although it is giving me the Complete installation message . No error, no massage. It is available in c drive, appdata, current software in my computer. but it is not launching. I am using window 7 and Uipath latest version.

check the event viewer in your system

that eill show any error related to the launching of that application

You said you installed latest version, you may try downloading it again and installing

Also, you can check running the UiPath Diagnostic Tool, to get the information on the logs.

If possible put the logs here too that shows any error, warning.

I recall having a similar issue: I ended up discovering that I did not download the right msi (because in my case I was on 32 bits, and Windows 7).

Are you using Enterprise or Community Studio ?
If Enterprise, I suggest you to open a ticket here, telling them that you are using W7 and you bits system, so that they send you directly the right package to download :wink:
