Resolution fix for accessing Orchestrator when blank page appears when install of the Orchestrator 2021.10.

Issue Description: After install of the Orchestrator 2021.10 when try to access Orchestrator blank page appear .

Debug: In the developer tools from Chrome on network tab when tried to access Orchestrator, 302 ,404 may be obtained on css , json,html files.

Resolution:

  1. Open IIS navigate to domain tree
  2. Open Request Filtering
  3. Click on Edit Feature Settings from right menu
  4. Have the option Allow unlisted file name extensions
