After create CSV file (WriteCSV) : invalid CSV file with ReadCSV

I launch my program UIPath with “Write CSV” file (semicolon)
I read only with EXCEL without error and close (no save as).
I launch my other program UIPath with “Read CSV” (semicolon) and a message appeared : "The CSV file format for file.csv is invalid - Source Read CSV - Exception Type : Exception
Grrrr - Why ?

Sorry, Yes i found : not use debug mode or modifiy settings level trace.
