i have run the solution and no errors found but Unable to update my created queue in Orchestrator.

Even I faced the same problem, try to view the queue then you might able to see the transaction. I don’t know, but it will take some time.
If it’s still not showing, check the workflow again for the queue name and orchestrator connectivity.
Just click on the three vertical dots and click on View Transactions. Sometimes it won’t update the remaining transactions immediately after adding.
Or Refresh the page.
