Advise on issues regarding splitting and classification of Excel file

dear developers,
I have an Excel file with the values below :

I need to split this excel file into another excel file with multiple sheets renamed with combination of characters of Posting Date and Delivery Code (Day of the Posting Date with Alphabet of the Delivery Code )

For example of the first row (A2:I2) : Posting Date is 6/11/2019 and Delivery Code is 15D so the sheet is to be renamed and belong to 6D. Like that for following rows.

can i extract part of characters of Posting Date and Delivery Code (Day of the Posting Date with Alphabet of the Delivery Code , for example 6D for first row) and classify them in a new column before forming another excel and renaming sheets using the combined characters in the new column? so the output will be like this
